Few have dared to unveil the mysteries of this proprietary cultivator from Hopsteiner. Our crew went uncover to learn its secrets, and set out to brew a WCIPA showcasing Lemondrop in a bold new way.

Our New Zealand dry hopped pale ale delivers a wonderful citrus, floral flavor with a smooth lingering bitterness.

Saison de Spruce - Saison

A bright, dry saison brewed with local spruce tips, Saison de Spruce offers a unique yet subtle twist on this classic style. A restrained spruce character teases the senses, without skewing the beers balance and drinkability.

Peacock Pilsner - Pilsner

This light and fresh Pilsner has a sweet nose, followed by a clean Lager taste and slightly dry finish. A perfect beer for anytime of year!

Fresh Squeezconsin - IPA

We added a massive amount of the juiciest mosaic and Citra hops in the kettle then another round in the fermenter for good measure! She's fresh & juicy, come on and squeeze one!

Sir Bear 'Za - Mexican Amber Lager

This medium dark amber lager with rich malty sweetness, hints of caramel and chocolate, will quickly become one of your new favorites!

Coconut Stout - Stout

This rich and creamy stout combines notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and toasted coconut that is comforting and indulgent. Creamy with a toasty finish. Perfect to make you feel warm in this Superior winter.

Hello Sweet Tart - Loganberry Sour Ale

After many requests for a new sour beer, here it is! A refreshing note of raspberries. It balances a sour, acidic base with a pleasing low sweetness. This light-bodied beer offers a crisp and low dry finish for those who enjoy zesty tartness.

Orange Dream - Cream Ale

Our extremely popular summer seasonal has returned! This started its life as a cream ale, then has been infused with Orange Puree and Madagascar Vanilla Bean.
