Few have dared to unveil the mysteries of this proprietary cultivator from Hopsteiner. Our crew went uncover to learn its secrets, and set out to brew a WCIPA showcasing Lemondrop in a bold new way.

Formulated around old world ingredients, this pilsner gets a modest dry hop of Saaz and Hallertau, creating a bright aromatic edge of citrus and spic. Deceptively smooth, crispy and crushable, this pilsner will have you saying "Mamma Mia!"

After many requests for a new sour beer, here it is! A refreshing note of raspberries. It balances a sour, acidic base with a pleasing low sweetness. This light-bodied beer offers a crisp and low dry finish for those who enjoy zesty tartness.
