Pineapple Princess
This Pineapple Kettle Sour was made in the style of the traditional Tepache drink using Mexican Piloncillo sugar, pineapple rinds, fresh pineapple and some added spices to create a fresh & fruity nosed sour. With light caramel mid tones and a tangy pop at the end it's a must try! Ask for one with a Tajin rim for extra flavor!

This IPA is based off our ol' standby #4, the India Pagan Ale. We added a massive amount of the juiciest mosaic and Citra hops in the kettle then another round in the fermentor for good measure! She's fresh & juicy, come on and squeeze one!
